- (2023-12-12) christopher frost: Hello people just about 1 hour ago I happened upon the deal with the "Your Webshield protection has expired" message BS. So if You go to Your extensions and click total webshield. Then make sure the slider switch in upper right hand is on then change any of the settings in that extension. The tab that says expired close that and You should be good to go.

- (2023-11-10) Arthur Jackson: I installed TotalAV and assume that it is working as it is active in Google extensions. I paid for a reduced price introductory offer. I am continually interupted by popups which state that various modules have expired and I can pay to get them reactivated. This is a nuisance and it is difficut to work out what I have paid for. If I accept each module at an extra payment this is going to cost hundreds of pounds when auto renew (the default) is actions. Don't like it and no reports that it is actually working anyway.

If that isnt enough, then came the ads, pop-ups, and warnings that are so annoying...I wrote with my complaints and requested a refund. I never got and explaination, let alone a refund. Ill find a good company with a product that works...Junk...PURE JUNK
- (2023-10-31) Daniel LaFrance: A popup states Dark Web Monitoring is disabled. I enable it, with a software response stating an email will be sent to my registered email address. I never received any email regarding this situation. I verified that my Total WebShield: Chrome Antivirus Protection extension is enabled. Seems to be a BUG, not to mention an annoying bug with frequent and repeated popups stating that "Dark Web Monitoring" is disabled when in fact it is enabled. *** I hope they are monitoring these comments to resolve this problem.
- (2023-10-28) WhatToWear Post: I bought this software and I was given the opportunity to install on 6 more computers/tablets/phones. So far, it's been the most annoying thing I have ever done when it comes to AV. I regret buying this THING! It doesn't start on its own. [I reported to their support several times]. Everyday/hour I have to manually turn it on. And this only lasts for a little while before receiving a notification from Microsoft that my AV is off. Basically, I have been babysitting TotalAV, it has never worked correctly. I had it installed on my laptop as well. I always get this warning sign that my subscription had expired that I'm not being protected. The annoying part is the notification is frequent and very intrusive. Improve your antivirus or I delete it and ask for a refund ASAP. PS. I had Mcafee for 3 years until last month on all my PCs/phones/etc, it worked silently without me noticing its presence. Why do you have to be loud? Why give 6 installations when you only meant one? If you want me to pay for each installation why didn't you make it clear from the start?

Not just 1 or 2 but 4-5 or more all at same time. blocking half of my screen. I downloaded the free Webshield & poof! They were ALL GONE! It is so great of an antiviral program that I went for the paid subscription with a lot of $$$ off-only $29! Well worth it considering there is nearly NO antiviral programs or apps that work with Chrome OS or Chromebook which is what I have on my Lenovo laptop.

- (2023-09-17) Michael Jordan: OK folks. Some of you may be a little "wet behind the ears". I must admit I have some years as a former Systems Admin principally with Hewlett Packard systems. I have been outside the "industry" for over 15 years. That said, I am somewhat intuitive and possess a healthy dose of confidence regarding trying to get software to work precisely the way it was advertised and designed. So, long story short, I have 3 phones (one that is not just "WIFI"); 3 tablets (two Samsung [12.2 inch & 8 inch]; and an apple 10 inch tablet. Incredibly, this software -- both the TotalAdblock and the TotalAV (with VPN Protection ) work beyond, yes, beyond expectation. Truly exceptional software in a class ALL BY ITSELF. I was charged only a small one-time fee for ALL MY DEVICES. This software and its developers deserve a Pulitzer Prize, a Nobel Prize, and an Olympic Gold Medal. I have but one issue, which I believe is related to a software version of Google Android on the oldest Samsung Tablet (SM-900, 12.2 inch) which is not upgradeable to, or past ver. 8.1 . I am not totally sure about this one issue, but the only thing this software has not been absolutely successful at is the VPN protection for the one table just mentioned. I really can't fathom from what woodwork the gnurs who write such horrible reviews come from, but rest assured this is some of the most well-written and nearly universally capable software I have ever encountered, and used, with tremendous success. Kudos with a man standing on a chair furiously clapping approval for such wonderful software. There really aren't enough stars in the Milky Way to express my joy upon loading and using this software. Amen.
