Description from store Docket Jockey is a tool that helps lawyers automatically download and rename files from select online court systems. (The list of supported systems is always changing - please see docketjockey.com/supported-systems for the most up-to-date list.) Instead of finding each file and clicking "Save As...", Docket Jockey can find every file on your case's page, figure out a logical name for each one, and then download all of them with the click of a button. Here's how it works: After installing Docket Jockey, sign in to your court's online file system and navigate to the page with the files you want to download. Open the extension and click "Find Files". Docket Jockey will analyze the page to find links to documents, figure out logical file names for each one, and show you the results it created. Select which files you want to download, then click "Get Files". Docket Jockey will create a folder within your downloads folder, named after your case number (for example: Downloads/Case Num 12345). Docket Jockey will then save all the files you selected to that new folder, renaming them with the filenames it found by analyzing the case's page. This will take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes, depending on how many files you need to download. Keep in mind: --You need to have your own login credentials for your court's online system. If you don't already have access to the court system and the case you want to access, Docket Jockey can't help you. --You must be logged in to your court's online system for Docket Jockey to work. If you've been logged out of the court system (e.g., if your session has timed out), Docket Jockey won't be able to access the files you want. --To use Docket Jockey you will need to create a Docket Jockey account, which you can do for free (see docketjockey.com/register). After you create an account you'll be able to download some files for free to see if the tool meets your needs, but once you exceed that free allowance you'll need to activate a Docket Jockey subscription to keep using the tool. --You can cancel a subscription at any time by visiting docketjockey.com/account and changing your autorenewal settings. If you never exceed the free download allowance you won't start a paid subscription and therefore won't be charged (Docket Jockey will show you a warning before you start a paid subscription, and you'll have the chance to cancel). If you start a paid Docket Jockey subscription, you will be buying a product directly from Docket Jockey LLC.
