Even just my scratching-the-surface usage, allowed me to update account risk/health so much faster than if I had to go to each account is Salesforce. The company seems to be moving fast and releasing new things all the time, which gets me so excited. If you find Salesforce as cumbersome and painful as I do, then install this now. Well done, developer!
- (2021-01-13) Michael Jobe: Unfortunately, it just sits there and spins, never loads. I was hoping it would make things easier. No support on the website either, it's just one of those overly flashy sites loads of graphics ultimately all fluff.
- (2020-09-18) Tom Kruger: If you use salesforce you need Hero. I was spending hours every week updating my opportunities and leads, Hero cut that down to 5 minutes! Key features for me are the in-table updates I can make on my pipeline and how easily I can update attributes or create a new opportunity. My BDRs also love it for importing leads from Linkedin. Overall = 5/5 , it's a daily tool for anyone in sales.
- (2020-09-17) Joey Backs: I wish Hero existed sooner, I would've saved hours and hours (and hours) of time updating Salesforce or waiting for it to load so I could search for a record. Hero is a gamechanger, and makes managing your pipeline so much easier (your manager will thank you).
- (2020-09-16) Thomas Long: Hero is slick, fast, and WAY easier to use than Salesforce is. It massively reduces the time it takes for me to create new contacts and opportunities, and gives me a simple way to view my pipeline. As a whole, Salesforce is a great place to store data, but the UI is lacking and it takes forever to record things into the system. Hero solves that completely and they're constantly coming out with new, useful features. Honestly, it's given me a leg up on other salespeople!
- (2020-09-16) Russell Varriale: It's fast! Salesforce UX is for lack of a better word, dreadful. Salesforce is slow, cluttered and creating new entries can take a long time for even a seasoned rep. It's not just about saving time, but saving mental resources. Creating 20 contacts in hero feels like creating 5 in Salesforce. Count me as a happy user.
- (2020-09-16) Damien DeHart: Hero has already saved me hours editing my Salesforce opportunities. You can use existing views in SFDC or build your own in Hero and edit all of the fields in an Excel or Form format. It even works on custom fields. Gamechanging!

In an average week my sales/account management team and I would burn hours just from the clunky interface of Salesforce dashboards alone. Hero is a must have, no-brainer and indispensable after its first use. Easy to navigate commands update info directly to the platform using a clean display, and all with simple, intuitive and fast keyboard shortcuts. Huge thanks to the team at Hero!
- (2020-09-15) Ryan Johnson: This web application is a game changer. If you are a Sales rep, you know the frustration of using Salesforce. Hero's name is indicative of what it means to my daily life as a Sales Professional. Open one web page that allows you to work on a single pane of glass, instead of opening a million browser tabs to edit various Salesforce fields. This web application quite literally saves me 4-6 hours minimum every month of monotonous tasks. Now, those same tasks take 20 minutes tops and I have more time freed up to sell! In addition to that, bulk updating multiple records at once is an absolute breeze. For my particular use case, I may have several opportunities that I need to bulk update the "Close Date" when the end of the month nears. In the past, that meant opening tons of browser tabs and going into each opportunity and updating the opportunity. You won't regret using Hero. Give it a go.
