A tool that allows you to manage and view YouTube comments with timestamps efficiently.

Description from store Features: 1. View the concentration of comments using opacity of displayed markers. 2. View comments containing a particular timestamp. 3. While playing the video, view comments with timestamps like a live chat replay. 4. Customize the primary colour, block size of the markers. To use Tempus, just make sure the extension has been installed and enabled in your browser. Then, you can head to any YouTube video, where the extension will collect timestamps from the comments and display them under the video progress bar. The settings, which are accessible through the Tempus icon on the top-right of your browser, allow you to: 1. Configure the block size of the marker (value can range between 1 and 20 seconds, default: 1) 2. Toggle HeatMap markers (default: enabled) 3. Toggle the comment live replay (default: disabled) 4. Toggle the marker on-click commment view (default: enabled) 5. Configure the primary colour for markers (default: #ffb347) Check out the source code here: https://github.com/knightron0/tempus Enjoy!

(2023-10-23) Roshank231: its fantastic when it works but more and more its just stuck on loading comments and the entre video is finished by the time it happens. not sure if its because of the amount of comments its processing or just that its broken but i rarely ever see this extension actually show up anymore. to the point i forgot i had it installed Once again a 3 is really harsh because when it works its really really good, but it just doesn't Edit: Changed to 4, this seems to a bug, refreshing the page the comments load after only a minute or so of waiting, even on videos with lots of comments. Dev is kindly still active and looking into it as per the Github.

(2023-05-25) Facundo Zapata: It stopped working on the last few days EDIT: It got fixed. There are still good developers left. I only wish now that we could click on a timestamp without the video changing to that part. But everything else works perfectly.
(2023-03-04) Nitin Nallagatla: very useful for watching videos, whether for educational or comedic purposes, only flaw is that it is a bit slow on startup, but I suspect that that is out of the developer's hands. love it!

(2021-12-11) ProfChaos: sometimes it's not working or it's only display the most voted comment that contain the timestamp, i need an option to pick for specific comment, example on a video there're like 5 comments contain the timestamp but it's only display the 1st or 2nd comments (which has most liked/voted), meanwhile i need the 5th one only
