- For my test in English it is accurate enough, with a lot of useful features and tools. but unfortunately, the UI looks very old and confusing; it needs a lot of improvement for sure. I hope the team works on improving the user experience on the web dashboard.

- when trying to record mic audio from the extension, it plays back what i am saying live, which is so annoying and makes it unusable to record. there is no way to turn off this option.

- It keep stopping to function for the extension. Keep asking me to login. After i login it goes to the notta homepage instead of detect the acc using extension. i can't directly click the record button using extension. Had to reinstall again.

- I've set my language to English and haven't encountered any of the issues others have mentioned. The transcription works exceptionally well and perfectly meets my needs. However, it would be even better if it could record my voice, as using a plugin can sometimes be more convenient.

- everything is in Japanese, you are tricked to sign up and install the chrome extension, and then you cannot post a link to a YouTube video, you have to play it and start a recording instead, and then after playing a recording for 15 minutes, and thinking you will have the final transcripts, you will be surprised that you can only have some lines for free, and you have to pay to get the others, which is opposed to the contents of this website: https://www.notta.ai/en/blog/how-to-get-the-transcript-of-a-youtube-video#:~:text=Not%20every%20YouTube%20video%20has,YouTube%20video%20in%20real%20time.

- ブラウザ版、ほんま使えません。どんたけ高いスペックのPCだとまともに使えるのでしょうか？推奨スペックを公表してください。 ・ワンクリックで文字起こしができる、は嘘。 ・文字起こし正確率98％も、日本語に関しては全くのデタラメです。聞き直しながら編集作業をしなければ意味が通じる文書は作れません。 ・ブラウザ版はすぐに固まって一行も編集できません。 ・テキストのエクスポートもまともに動きません。 アプリ版の動作は軽快です。 ただ、文字認識率の高いサービスが出てきているので、優位性という意味ではコストだけという感じがします。サミットとかのハードウェアを購入した際の特典でついてきた無料期間の間に、乗り換え検討します。
