Video Quality Settings for YouTube is a browser extension that sets the preferred quality of YouTube videos, and remembers your video quality settings between sessions. Limiting the video frame rate to 30 FPS is also supported.

The video quality is set to 1080p by default when the extension is installed, and the option can be updated from the player settings on YouTube, or from the extension's options. Reload already opened videos for changes to take effect.

- I very much like the idea but it does not work properly with me. Everytime I open a new tab, I have to adjust the settings again. Otherwise, the extension comes back to default, which is 720p. Kinda defeats the purpose...

- Uma extensão que eu estava procurando, que limitasse o vídeo até 30 FPS. Inicialmente eu tinha apenas elogios, 5 estrelas, mas percebi que é muito bugada: em vários vídeos a resolução está limitada a 720p, mesmo eu não tendo selecionado essa opção.

- Works on the YouTube site, but doesn't seem to work on YouTube videos embedded on other sites. Still, one of the very few that's up to date, and a decent alternative to "YouTube Auto HD + FPS" that unfortunately became too beggy.

- Pretty easy, I just installed and refreshed the edge browser all videos are know playing by default in HD including those without options to set on the video
