- this is excellent. it helped and improved my work. The only thing I had a little trouble, is on the User tab, when I select the name on a long user (mine is with 2 names and 2 last names - chilean custom), and it doesn't pre-fill it.

- Please add *.servicenowservices.com to the applicable instances. I don't believe it works for GCC environment instances.
