• (2024-11-06) Stacey: I hate McAfee. Just bought a brand new laptop and it will not keep popping saying I'm infected with 7 viruses. I broke down and purchased and when I go to the site where I purchased it says Im fine. But the pop up keeps coming up. Frustrating as hell.

McAfee we need help to clear our computers... same story: subscription is not renewed until May 2025 and it is reported todays date needs renewal. We do not need problems like this, protect us as promised.

I renewed again this morning so now iv'e paid twice. Still shows expired. My e-mail is [email protected]. Hopefully this will start workingn and i can be refunded for my 2nd renewal. I'm definitely no impressed.

I was notified that my subscription expired 10/10/2024, I renewed it this morning and every time it completes a scan it tells me my McAfee is expired. My email is [email protected] if you care to assist with this. If not resolved I will remove McAfee and find another source for virus protection on my computer. By the way, I have never accessed any sites that would cause this as I only use my computer for personal email. The warnings feel like a total scam to me.

I am beginning to think that McAfee is a scam site and cannot protect my equipment. I will not be renewing next time You need to fix this problem now or refund my money.

• (2024-08-27) Ted: Once again I find a website that is clunky and not user friendly! The propeller heads who construct sites like this have no business building sites for customers because they do not relate to average people. This site for instance! I need to reset my password (because McAfee decided that my password has "expired"!) they send codes three times via E-mail all of which come up invalid when entered. I could go on, but it won't matter because McAfee won;t respond & there doesn't appear there is another way to get through to them! Terrible website!

• (2024-07-31) Brian: It is working fine for me. One time it says it was protecting 14 devices at one time but I was able to fix it by using a latop. That might have been through a lot of app re-installs.

Total obviously has a different meaning in computer slang. Even if I call the number on the card in my purchase, it asks for a passcode which I do not have and it does not help to tell me where to find it.. Rating was zero but I don't have that option
