• (2023-07-24) jessica: This was working great for me. I dont use it to do much other than find statistics or rewrite a sentence in a more professional way, and for months its been working fine. All of a sudden, the last few times I've tried using it, I get "something went wrong". So many times now that I am going to delete it and try redownloading because I've tried everything else. I cleared my browsing data and everything, signed out and back in several times, I have even tried starting a new account with a different email. All for nothing. Its just broken and if you try to ask for support they tell you to do all those things first and then delete and redownload. What kind of **** is that? Basically, fix it yourself we aren't even here. I don't know what I was expecting since its an AI program.

• (2023-03-23) Ali: I do LOVE Wordtune, but... I have been around for a magnitude of issues, and the solutions are slow to be implemented. Additionally, response times for customer service are lengthy, and you'd think Wordtune would be better managed and beta tested for the price tag. Further disappointing after December's premium account fiasco... The extension is not functioning. It has not worked in about ten weeks (When university started again, conveniently) for a few months now. I have deleted it and tried to start over etc... We continue to receive an error message about something going wrong and try again later...later it does not work either. I have begun to use the website that is a non-integrated Wordtune on Internet Explorer; it is actually better, in my opinion, because I don't have to perfectly highlight the exact and perfect sentence for it to work as I do with Microsoft word. I would appreciate much less of a cost if the app isn't going to be as convenient as it advertised.

It's unfortunate that there is not a 24-hour support team to assist with this problem. The wait-time is too long to address concerns. I've followed every technical video instruction suggested and nothing has changed. As a student, I need my account to reflect my paid premium membership and app to work properly. Please consider customer concerns as sense of urgency and create a user-friendly contact system.

• (2021-06-10) Deb: Great idea but doesn't work well on Facebook. Highlight a sentence, it shows the options but when you pick one, instead of just replacing the sentence it adds extra nonsense words at the end that I have to delete. :( It does work properly on Outlook (web version), so there's that. But it would be most useful in Word, and doesn't appear as an option there, even on fhe web app version.
