The extension was confirmed to be working too because I went to other sites and the discount was clearly available, but not on Discogs, so they are clearly lying about it !

I have been using Rakuten for a long time. Since it was Ebates. I have gotten quite a bit back. Not exactly sure how much, but I believe a few hundred anyway. Those that say it is a scam, are the scammers. I love Rakuten.

For example, I tried to shop for CR2032 6-pack Energizer batteries at Amazon, the Rakuten's add-on said that it's cheaper at Walmart's online store, but when I clicked on link leading me to Walmart's online store - the price at Walmart's online store was actually higher than Amazon's price.

Depending on when I need something, I usually wait for the $$$ back to climb higher, and then stack with a coupon code. It's nice to get a quarterly check instead of constant bills

• (2022-11-11) Joel: Stopped working a couple weeks ago. Clicking on it does nothing. Right-clicking and choosing "Extension Options" brings up a blank page.
• (2022-11-06) Parham: The extension only works for a short period of time, sometime a few weeks, before I have to remove and re-add it to Edge. Even then, it sometimes never starts working again. Takes a complete reset of Edge to try and get the extension working. For the developers' info, the icon stays purple, and when you click on it, nothing happens. I can manually go to Rakuten's website and proceed from there, but that defeats the purpose of the extension.

I made a purchase, and was offered 10% back and a $10 credit. When I logged in, it didn't recognize my password, and asked me to reset. When I reset it, it no longer allowed me to log in to get my rewards. As far as I can tell, this is nothing but a kludgy piece of poor software.

But then it doesn't give me the cash back. When I put in a claim for the missing cash back I get a message in my email that I didn't click on the link, but they will give me the cash back as a curtesy. I now have 7 missing cash backs. Now Rakuten will not even open up when I click on it. Rakuten, please fix this problem of missing cashback and an unresponsive app.

I had problem after problem with just the 1 order i placed with Walmart back in December 19, 2021. My sixth sense tells me Rakuten is a total BULL%%%T company. I was supposed to receive a $30 welcome gift from Rakuten and so was the friend that referred me. Neither of us has received a dime and they keep emailing me telling me i placed the order from Europe and i live in Atlanta. This fake Company is definitely *************! Dont waste your valuable time dealing with them.
