Suddenly gives BS red notification that my network is RESTRICTED and only allows a handful of locations that DO NOT LAUNCH. All of my defaults are WIPED OUT. Laptop PC won't connect to Surfshark, and I waste several hours trouble shooting to no avail. Send diagnostics to Surfshark and NOTHING. Usually Uninstall and Re-Install. Start all over agin from scratch

  • (2023-10-27) Randy: It works well and the user interface is really good. Only issue is that the WebRTC blocker does not work. I tried different locations and different protocols but each time my local Ip address was leaked when I checked The SurfShark website https://surfshark.com/webrtc-leak-test. The only way I was able to correct the leak was to download the Microsoft edge extension blocker and adjust the settings for it to use my public Ip address.

  • (2023-02-01) Jeremy: When it works, it works well, but easily becomes disabled because Windows Defender clearly doesn't like it. I regularly need to uninstall and reinstall, though sometimes that also is difficult. The nearest VPN server for me is in the US, but the default one is to a data center that is heavily protected and so does not allow access to a lot of sites, including Amazon and a host of other common places. I have to choose a non-US location in order to be able to access the web as normal.
