- To use this download manager, you have to 1. install browser extension 2. install background service 3. trust IBM not to mess up or introduce vulnerabilities. Maybe a direct download would be better?

- It works very well to transfer heavy files, no issues with the Add-on.

- Appears to have loaded and seems to be working. Had to load software from IBM page. Once I connected to corp. server I was redirected here to update. And it took right off. Will know more in next few days.
