(2024-05-21) Kristofer: For a while, I resisted. Eventually, I added it to my repertoire. I don't know if it works as well as my primary password manager. I've noticed it sometimes blocks links. But, overall, I'm happy with it.

(2022-10-12) Matt: Questionable to start and now worthless. Absolute nightmare if you transition to a new license. Tried to transfer password store. That didn't work so I deleted password stores. Now if I try to create a new password store with my email address Eset tells me email already exists even though I have no password stores when looking at my account online. Maybe I'll try again in 24 hours.

(2022-03-08) Paula: They couldn't have made this more difficult to set up if they tried. It wouldn't recognize my login info, although it is correct. And selecting the forgot password option is no help since I never got an email with a reset code. I give up

(2021-11-26) Gary: Yes, it is technical and helps if you understand how security works with the extension plugin. That said ESET could do a much better job of explaining the steps. Sometimes geeks are great at the product but don't speak to commoner users very well. They seem to assume you know computer science like they do. Create a new PASSWOD STORE account at the online ESET HOME login you created when you bought the product. You did create an online ESET HOME login after your purchase didn't you? Be sure to download and save the .PDF password recovery kit file for your records. Once the PASSWOD STORE has been created online in your ESET HOME now go to work on the browser extension. Populate this extension (little cube icon in the Edge address bar) in your browser with your passwords for the sites you visit - and want in the password manager to store the passwords for. Other than a terrible job of explaining all that to novice users it works fine.
