- Too often, the extension doesn't show anything. It is a completely blank window. Login also times out before the set time.

- Needs major improvement. Please use LastPass as an example. - Password filling is slow and requires refreshing the web site, for the filling functionality to work again. - Having to log back into this constantly, 1 hour is not enough, it needs to be longer, something like 4 to 8 hours would be good. This is a chore to use. - No dropdown password generator. This does not feel like an enterprise password manager at its current stage, very alpha/beta like product.

- Does not work at all. Support pages are completely useless.

- Works once every blue moon and the barometric pressure on Pluto needs to be just right! Don't try to find a pattern, there is none. (We are over 250 in IT where I work and we all tried!) And when it does kinda work, it makes me feel like the UI has been designed by 2 blind men before the internet was a thing! I mean not very intuitive sorry. Basically useless unfortunately :((( I hate to say that because Secret Server in general is very good IMHO. Please get on it Delinea, Altho I am purely on the Systems & Networking side of IT, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be a big project requiring a lot of men power to relieve us users, our frustration. โ๏ธ

- Needs development. I'm signed in, and get the occasional password filled, but the moment I open another set of browser windows it signs me out and no longer fills fields. Bitwarden works better
- Kerr,
- The web password filler has been buggy and frustrating to use for years but in the last 2-3 weeks it has become unusable. The filler will no longer authenticate for "Web Login" rendering it useless to cloud customers. Even when it would connect half the time it was unable to remember my favorited secrets and was completely unable to search for secrets it wasn't immediately listed.
- Mitch
- Doesn't show any secrets once I login
- Johnson,
- This is quite possibly the least intuitive password manager extension I've ever had the displeasure of using. It gives you an error if anyone in the entire organization used the same website name as you if you don't rename it. Also, the error is friggin garbage. It doesn't tell you the name is duplicated, it just says "Secret failed to save, Contact Server Administrator". FFS. If I could give this negative infinity stars, I would. Whomever designed this needs to be fired. Then fired again.

- Hello developer I trust you're doing well! Currently, I'm exploring opportunities to grow my business by investing in Chrome extensions. Your extension has caught my attention, and I am genuinely interested in discussing the possibility of acquiring it. We can discuss the price and complete the transaction securely through a reputable escrow services (www.escrow.com or cryptoexchange.com). - This password filler has lots of basic issues. If you set Exact Match URL, it won't ask you to save passwords for new sites. If you have auto fill on, when you go to change a password on a site, it will likely keep overwriting whatever password you put in. I had to delete the secret completely before I could change a password on a site. Ultimately we had to turn off the autofill because We can't have this happening to regular users. If I had it over to do I think I would pick CyberArk over Delinea because the password filler is so buggy.
- Jordahl,
- Works well enough. Not as intuitive as I'd hope it could be, but it provides the passwords through an easy to navigate menu when it doesn't recognize the site. Overall, much quicker to use the extension, but work can be done to make it better.
- Jeremy
- Works great!

- Will this app ever work consistenly? works for a couple of months then is broken again, latest error prevent it from logging to the portal says it is a invalid URL. I would love to see it fixed and also a suggestion to the developer it would be great if this also gave quick access to the launchers that a password may have...
- Carus
- Doesn't work.
- David
- Awesome
- Ricky
- the latest update to Edge has caused the plugin to be unusable, it displays as a small vertical strip so you cannot see the login URL or the Login button
- Edwards,
- Absolutely Useless!
- Madden,
- Not leaving a review because I know nobody at Thycotic will ever read it.

- It's like the developers of Secret Server have never seen a password manager or browser plugin for one. Logs me out constantly, which is probably for security reasons but it forgets the server URL too, so it's easier to go to the web version and copy and paste the details, which makes the plugin pointless. When you are logged in it fails to find any secrets unless they've been assigned to the exact page you are on, or one you were on earlier. Very minimal options. Don't bother with this rubbish.
- Beavis,
- Other bad reviews are correct. Not only that, we have been trying to get them to fix the broken launcher. I have created several support tickets, spent hours helping them debug, shows that URL passed is empty, they escalate to developer, then promptly close. I am putting out this review so that perhaps someone else can push to fix. The web filler was a key selling point and it is unusable. Delinea, this is bad and you are clear spending zero effort on UI and all of your attention on backend. Users don't care about backend. We have had the product for over a year and still cannot deploy to end users because of the web filler.
- Brian
- The entire end user experience of Delinea secret server is horrible. The Mobile App also sucks. This extension doesn't do anything except add extra instances of your creds to the secret server because it never finds an existing match. Also, I manage the back end of this product for our company and can affirm this isn't an end-user issue driven by some backend configuration madness outside of my control.
- Johnson,
- Does not fill in secrets. It finds them, but does not fill them in.
- Murray
- When will this be fixed? It just doesn't work - I can log in, it shows the saved secrets for the site, but will not auto-fill when I click on the secret.
- Diogo
- It didnt update for Edge, for Chrome and Firefox is already updated to version 3.3
- Matthew
- Secret Server is great, this extension is terrible. Delinea, please devote some major resources to this and take a look at popular managers such as Last Pass. You should be able to access any secret via the extension, not just web passwords and not just ones that are cached.
- William
- Stopped working after Chrome 102 and recent Edge update after june/22. It just won't log on and doesn't support logiging in via local domain and MFA directly at the extension
- Randy
- logging in is terrible. takes so long to validate the PIN that the login fails. login doesn't persist to enter the PIN. After a few failed attempts you're locked out
- Smith,
- This extension isn't reliably executing. It requires frequent refreshes before becoming enabled, it times out every few minutes and kicks you out of the site. It won't record your browsing sessions.
