(2024-11-17) Vera-Ellen: Seit dem Update vom 14.11.funktioniert der Aufruf des Passwortmanagers nicht mehr. Auch mit my.Norton gibt es Probleme, erst nach mehreren Versuchen wird die Seite korrekt geöffnet.

(2024-10-18) Doug: Edge extension does not work at all. I see others having the same issue and it makes this application useless. It takes more time to get it to work as it takes to look up my passwords on my phone.
(2024-10-17) Dwight: Edge extension is useless. 99% of the I have to remove it, then add it back and re-authenticate to have it auto-populate webpages. I join other reviewers in that it is time to look for a better password manager. FYI - although a one star rating is the lowest allowable rating, it is still extremely generous.
(2024-10-01) Frank: Funktioniert seit dem letzten update nicht mehr. Ich find in dem update keine Verbesserung, Lokales Backup ist nicht mehr da, vorhandene Updates werden gefunden lassen sich nicht synchronisieren aber auch nicht entfernen.

My subscription is up at near the end of next month, but they took monies out of my account 1 week ago, although I had not authorized them to do so on my account. I asked and got my monies back, and I told them I am looking at other antivirus software when my subscription is up, and now all of a sudden after 3-4 years of using Norton, I can't access my password manager. It is a good thing that I spent 4+ hours downloading all of my passwords right after I told them that I may not be renewing my subscription. And it seems that they have done something, whereas I can't get my mail or stay on a Zoom webinar. Yet, when I use my iPhone or iPad (which apparently Apple blocks them from hacking), I can get into the Zoom webinar and my incoming emails are updated and coming in. If they think they are going to "strong arm" me into staying with them, these actions just made me even more determined to find another antivirus software.

(2024-08-31) Caesar/: Sowas von einem schlechten Passwortmanager. Seit Wochen nur Sync Probleme mit dem Handy. Keine Gewährleistung das es Reibungslosen Funktioniert! Andere Passwortmanager Sync in Sekunden. Norton bekommt das seit Wochen! nicht hin! Ich glaube man sollte den Passwortmanager Extra halten. Virusprogramm auch Extra. So nebenbei, wenn ich in Entferne aus dem Browser, weil es mich nervt, weil er nicht brauchbar ist. Dann Meldung kommt bitte einfügen.

App checks faceId, gives the green check mark then nothing; the web version when you click PW manager on the toolbar it brings you to this page, if you click the yellow icon it bring sup the "Pin" page -and the "pin" is what I clicked. I left Norton early this year and returned thinking they had improved...it will not even copy passwords when I sign in to a site anymore...can anyone recommend a good password manager program ........... Just read Norton,s verbage above about their password manager bring free....what good is free if it does not work !!!!!!
(2024-06-02) Paul: So far it does not seem to be user friendly. At least not for me. I first set this up on my phone and tried to log in on laptop and went through hell trying to log on. Any why doesn't the password manager pop up on laptop when you want to generate a password on a website for extra security? You have to open other windows copy and paste. Will update review later just now using the app and give it another try.

I have searched for info to fix it, nothing works. I have been a Norton customer for a very long time and I am very disappointed in this product.
