- This is worthless. I've spent a lot of time and have chatted with two agents. They have not helped me - especially since this is supposed to be Tech Support. I'm waiting on an agent in the billing department to get my money back, but I'm not holding my breath. They're going to take money out again in July!

- Great App. Has more features than most of other security apps. Also, it has a very clean, straight forward control panel. I wish to add one more important feature. The staff is very proficient in answering your emails and will bend backwards to help you with problems you may encounter. They have helped me to set it up.

- Although I have it installed on my laptop and also on my phone, each day I receive an notice to upgrade I did all this and the add block does not work despite all that I paid for. It seems impossible to contact them also.

- Just paid for this product, go to set it up and they say I'm not fully protected?? telling me to upgrade to Pro, more money? refund I think, plenty of good company's out there plus they should be telling you this at the check out before you pay!! so sick of being ripped off.

- Have used Total AV for two years and more having previous other problems also as unauthorized billing over the years but since so many so called reliable sources recommend that this product is great - why was my computer once again captured by malious ransomware adware, and overall became an unuseable computer so time consuming I completely uninstalled AV .

- I added money $2.99 this summer to get a second device covered, only had android covered since late 2020 yet on computer it kept coming up I had to renew. In Oct, around the 1st I paid $10.99 for another year. It still kept coming up I needed to renew or remove. I just was able , I think to remove & upload to my computer. I better not get anymore notices which block what I'm doing and try to stop me from doing any work on my computer. Otherwise, I will cancel & go with McAfee.

- I have had basically the same issue as John, I have paid a total of $202.00 for Total AV as of this date, and I still don't know exactly what I have. WHY CAN'T THIS TOTAL AV PROGRAM BE PUT INTO ONE ( 1 ) PACKAGE, IN LIEU OF HAVEING 4 TO 8 DIFFERENT PROGRAMS. IF THERE WAS ONE PROGRAM WITH CHECK BOXES THAT WOULD SHOW YOU WHAT YOU CAN HAVE OR IF SO DESIRED, YOU COULD PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT YOU WANT AND WHAT YOU DON'T WANT.

- It Seems to work really well. I'm in my 4th Year without any problems yet BUT, I'll keep it until it fails . After more time, the true value will be proven or lacking. You're on the right track! Still going strong, keep it up.

- I have used Total AV for the last 3 years. Have never had an issue with it and where my wife's computer was hit with a virus, I was on same site as she and Total AV blocked the issue. I only wish she would have installed Total AV when I sent her the link the first time I signed up for your service. It would have paid for itself since she had to spend over 400.00 for a new computer strong enough to handle the workload from her job.

- STAY AWAY DON"T BUY THIS. I brought Total back in 2019 about three months it disappeared from my computer, I contacted Total AV and told them not to renew this it is Junk was told to go into my account and remove the check mark for auto renewal can't log in how can i remove anything. 2020 auto renewal came cost me $99 WTF MacAfee is $29.99 at Walmart told them this and was told they would refund 80% WHAT I am Not using it. So seeing that I have to pay for it I tried to install it, You guessed it won't install and what did I can't uninstall, phoned up Total AV can't speak to a TEC on the person have to do it online. He can't unstand what I am talking about, still no help. So far I am paying for something I can't use and is junk. STAY AWAY DON"T BUY THIS you will have nothing but problems they are not here to help you they take your money and the rest is up to you....

- Just added I paid more for better deal it cost me but it didn't come with a VPN I use to have another company and it came with a VPN at no extra charge. Am going to try till August if not as good as other one I will go back to it. They don't have all extra charges just one fee and you get everything you need.

- I have had TotalAV for less than 12 hours. I find ir horrrandious. I have not been able to sign in and cannot get help. I only wanted the basic program for try-out for $19 VS listefd $99. By the time I finished signing in my bill was over $109.00. It was total confusion I did not know what I had. I still need help.

- I have had Total AV for a year. During that time I have enjoyed relatively good protection with a few exceptions. The anti-phishing suite needs some work, and their customer service is absolutely worthless. They are quick to respond with flashy automated software, but the so-called help is absolutely worthless. Look for a better provider.

- I have read many of the reviews. I want to believe the TotalAV sales pitch, however a lot of these companies are making their ads look so good and professional it is har to know. I do know how to drop them like a bad habit if they don' help me stay safe. Based on me just signing on i suppose i have to give them 5stars....we will see how they preform. Thanks Roy
