- This is a good password manager and I highly recommend it. The extension doesn't work perfectly HOWEVER the Keeper team is very responsive when I do need something adjusted, and they work with me until the issue is resolved. That said, I love this app and use it both personally and professionally on my computers and on my phones. I can't live without it.

- I like 95% of the app. It works, syncs perfectly and quickly in the background. The only thing I would say I don't like it the enterprise login side of things. Yes, SSO works, but when paired with a security key, it is a bit of a nightmare as I cannot edit the frequency before the prompt jumps into my face. Of course, there are those occasional cases where the input fields don't get recognized correctly, but I mostly blame the site owners for not specifying the objects properly lol.

- Awesome security with Keeper. I am impressed that it even works on my older computer which is a bit slower and has some trouble with some of the other password managers but seems to hold up well for me especially on my Windows web browser.

- Works really poorly, we have an enterprise agreement with keeper and I heavily dislike their extension. We have integrated SAML for authentication and it barely works. I have constant issues logging in with the extension and constantly have to use the Web vault to get passwords. Basically, what I am saying is I do not benefit from the extension, it serves only as a reminder that the application works poorly.

- It's great when it works. But it doesn't reliably notice when I sign into Keeper in one of the tabs of the Edge window I'm trying to use it in. So that means I have to log in to Keeper twice, which is a pain, especially since I use a relatively short inactivity setting. So It's often just easier to copy and paste from the Keeper tab, tho' that raises questions about the security of the browser's clipboard. I've discovered that the extension more reliably 'wakes up' if I create a new tab to login to my Keeper vault (rather than reusing an existing tab).

- The keeper icon appears on the right side of input fields, so it ends up covering the password unhide option. If you have multiple logins for the same website, it only shows the first one. Immediate uninstall.

- I've been using Keeper's family version for years now, and it is a fantastic solution for password management. Phones, computers, chrome books... everything! Five stars. Six if I could.

- For a few weeks now, the fill icon on forms thinks that Keeper is not logged in. Sometimes refreshing the page works, sometimes not, but the menu bar is signed in and the autofill button works. Nothing I have tried has fixed this issue yet.

- Generally satisfied with the service, and the sharing among desktops and smartphones. Works well with passkeys. My major complaint is the inability to display the master password as I'm entering it in the browser extension for Firexfox/Edge/Chrome. My master password is long and complex. I can see it when I'm typing into the web vault, and the desktop app; on my smartphone, I can at least display the last character as I type it. So this is not some larger Keeper policy of never showing the master password. Why not let me see my master password when logging in on the extension? Isn't that a major UI no-no for password managers?

- It is super annoyting that the stupid logo appears in all web forms, covering up what is being entered, and can't be disabled. Even after removing the browser extension, it still persists! How do I get this **** to go away! As it is, I have to 2fa any time I want to use the extension, making it more of a pain than it is worth. Fix please!!!!!

- Crashes and goes blank a lot. Not sure when, but maybe previous few versions of the web extension has issues loading on Edge unless you restart the browser. Not reliable...
