• (2024-05-05) Rich: Had been using McAfee True Key for years but changing my login ID was impossible. It was assigned to an old email address that I no longer use. I was told by customer service that I need to reinstall and they setup my new email address; however, the "new version" was no longer free and I would have to move up to a $90 McAfee Suite unless I would limit myself to 15 logins. Unacceptable! RoboForm was my first choice due to excellent reviews. It is awesome and works off a single database for all my devices. Love its ability to generate complex passwords and magically add them to almost every web site. I would recommend RoboForm to everyone. It's NOT free but close to it compared to McAfee.

• (2024-04-24) Michael: I've been using Roboform for about 15 years now. I have yet to have any issues and I really enjoy having pc, mac and iphone access. One thing I would suggest is, when using it on my iphone on a new app and when i am prompted to lookup the password in Roboform, it would be nice if Roboform would do a sync or at least prompt me to sync. Instead, I have to exit what I am doing and go into the Roboform app on my phone and do a sync and then go back to where I was to enter my credentials on the new app.
• (2024-03-17) Kenn: Has always been my most useful utility. With the addition of OTP, it has become indispensable. My one petty annoyance is having to hover over the taskbar icon to get a search bar. Just put a search option in the context menu!

• (2023-12-30) Mark: Been using RF a few years, it has improved but still has a few glitches doesn't work with all sites and doesn't recognize a lot of sites. If you forget your main password it's a PAIN not a simple text, you need to jump through hoops. I get it, but its a huge hassle. so dont forget your password. Reaching out to them for help is pretty hit or miss as well sometimes you get a reply the same day other times its a few days.

Having to hover over the tray icon to get to a search box, instead of having a search box at the top of the windows when you click on the icon, is just stupid. Having the "view" option open in a browser window, instead of in the little dialog box, is very stupid because you can't see the information and the place you're going to put it at the same time. BEST FEATURE: it works Everywhere! Roboform on my phone is by far the most useful application on it.
