You just need to be viewing an article or a list of references in the browser and click on the Mendeley Web Importer extension icon in the toolbar. (2023-08-14) Amrish: Used to be way better. I'm on the verge of switching to something else. The Chrome and Edge plug-ins rarely ever work without troubleshooting, usually requiring reloading the tab or restarting the browser. Every new tab or page requires another log-in process for the plug-in. Recently had an experience where the library just wouldn't update with new citations added through the plug-in. The desktop app I've stopped using a long time ago because of having to log in every darn time -- my password manager only works in a browser -- and it would break with each update, requiring an uninstall and new install to make it work.

(2023-08-05) Jennifer: UPDATE: Mendeley Cite is not working at all (08/05/23). I am the editorial manager on a textbook project and just went all in on Mendeley as our reference manager. I just told nearly 70 people that they have to use this to write their chapters and now Mendeley Cite is not working at all. Not good. OLD REVIEW: Painfully slow and unreliable. A huge disruption to technical writing flow. If only Zotero worked with Word Online. :-/
(2023-07-14) benzhi: 打不开或者一直显示登录的，在新开一篇文献的网页后，不要立马点mendeley插件，而是要等一个非常小的弹出窗口登录完成（会显示logged in然后窗口自动关掉）之后，再点开mendeley插件就立马登陆上了。

It loads a tiny pop-up window that then disappears and it either does nothing or tells me that it cannot load the reference info that it extracted from the site to my reference list. Please fix it!

(2023-04-28) Efe: I like it when it works. But I'm constantly running into login issues. It's getting stuck at the login screen. They have listed some possible solutions such as deleting the cookies and going up to reinstalling the extension. However, sometimes none of those works, like right now... They have to find a fix for this.
