- I use Level Up with CRM, On premises , on Microsoft edge, and I rely heavily on the Impersonate feature. However, it doesn't work as expected. I receive an error saying I don't have the role "act on behalf of another use", even though i am a system administrator.

- Good look in sidebar, but impersonate is not working anymore, I'm unable to find any users (yes, I know is only available on sidebar mode but there is not working)

- Love the extension. Works great. I have recommended it to others I work with creating solutions. Do have a question/problem. I was using it for a client who is running an older version of Dynamics 365 on premise. Which is not your main target audience. Not all the features worked which was expected being on an old version of Dynamics 365 and on premise. Seemed like the last update though did stop all of it from working. One of my favorite pieces was the logical names shown. It made is so much easier on the clients steps to see what fields. I would love to get an older version again that works with the on-premise. Or if this could work again here. I understand most users will have up to date online Dynamics but it really helped. I thought it was worth a comment. If it should not have broke then maybe it is a security setting on the other side but worth a mention.

- To impersonate a user was a cornerstone feature of this product for providing end-user support. The ability to put yourself in the user's shoes, so to speak. That feature has disappeared with this new version. Very unhelpful.

- The update on Edge is not working although it does work on Google Chrome. I am getting an error saying "Form actions can only be used in the context of a form. You are currently on a different page type." When I am trying to use anything on levelup. Please bring back the old version as this new version is broken.

- The new update is not good . The previous version was really good . In current version , impersonation of user is a very big challenge as most of the times it does not work . Could you give me the previous version to use .

- The new version of this is not good. I used to be able to find a link to all the processes and business rules running on a dynamics tab which was really useful. Could you revert to the old version as this one is really not helpful. It keeps glitching also which the other didn't used to do!!

- In the Level Up NEW UI, the GOD MODE option is missing when used in Customer Service Multi-Session apps. It would be great if this could be addressed in the upcoming updates.

- Whoa, that UI switch was tough to navigate. Now that I figured out it's context aware it seems to function mostly as expected. I'm getting that same impersonation error as Sampson though and I also am an admin.

- Appreciate you're working on improvements, but this latest update is just not up to scratch compared to the previous version. It's been a brilliant and helpful tool, now it's much less so. I hope it's just a temporary set back.

- The latest version did make some jarring UX updates. It would have been nice for there to be some sort of "first run" experience to guide the user through those changes but the functionality is phenomenal! All the commands are now contextually aware so you'll only see commands appropriate to an entity record when you're viewing and entity record. The previous version showed the option to "Record in Web API" and would popup an alert if you tried to utilize that command on the entity list view. Now it just doesn't show the option until you're viewing a record. I strongly urge everyone that is initially annoyed by the upgrade to poke around a little bit more before switching. I'm really glad I did. To the developer: Thanks! AWESOME UPDATE!!!

- The recent update broke some of the functionalities. The impersonation function used to work without the "Act on Behalf of Another User" privilege. "All fields" doesn't support searching by CTRL+F anymore, and where did the background process functionality on the form disappear?

- The 8/15 update killed this extension. Really? Side pane? I already get spammed by an unwanted copilot sidepane enough in Dynamics. Not to mention that helpers like "God Mode", "Show Logical Names", "All Fields", etc. have seemingly been completely removed. That's 90% of the reason anyone uses this extension. Back to Power Pane I go.

- As a user that has used this regularly for years, this update has made a very intuitive tool more difficult to use. i.e., the business and process rules used to open a very helpful HTML screen that directly linked you to all the entity specific Biz Rules, where you could then edit directly. This was helpful for troubleshooting and quick edits, especially in a DEV environment. This update has made that process a 5-6 click process and made a simple processes way more complicated.

- This used to be great but the recent 'upgrade' made it less so. for instance 'all fields' gave you the metadata (ie tablename) as well which was really useful + it let you search by field name and value. This was really important / useful and I would like it back please. Also th eshow field names renders differently and not as well. There are probably other changes but I haven't gone through in detail.

- Used to be wonderful, a real lifesaver. Until it stopped working with on-prem and other bespoke CRM installs, instead only supporting Dynamics online and PowerApps - now of no use at all (to me).

- The new update and design of the extension is horrible. Please revert it to the simplistic/minimalistic design it had before. Now it feels extremely cluttered and too "huge" to navigate. Keep it compact.
