Description from store Microsoft Power Automate (Legacy) extension Microsoft Power Automate lets you automate manual processes and tasks on your computer. Install the extension to automate things on the web like scripting, data extraction, testing, filling out forms and more. The Power Automate recorder utility will convert your steps to a flow. Just browse through your favorite parts of the web application and collect data, fill forms, download files – do all the things you usually do and see a flow getting developed. This browser extension requires additional software to perform properly. Make sure that you've downloaded and installed Power Automate to your device before continuing. Note: After a specific date that will be announced officially by the browser group, the browser will no longer support web extensions created by Manifest V2. The specific web extension is based on Manifest V2, and it is compatible with Power Automate version 2.26 or earlier and it will stop being functional after that date. Please upgrade to Power Automate version 2.27 or later and install the new Microsoft Power Automate web extension for continuing the automation of web scenarios. (2022-12-17) Ryan: Microsoft has effectively taken a giant step into the realm of stupidity and took a deuce in its pants while plugging its fingers into its ears while yodeling like a turkey. That's how ridiculously dumb they acted in implementing V3.. deactivating V2 before they even put the update in the store. Meanwhile every other company just, you know, releases an UPDATE. Microsoft seems to have forgotten how computers and software works. Terribly stupid.

(2022-12-01) Montemayor,: What's the point of telling customers to go install the newer Power Automate browser extension (V3) when it can't be found in the store? Only the Legacy Power Automate (V2) is searchable in the store. There should've been a grace period to allow the V2 version to work until V3 is fully implemented. This whole ordeal now makes Power Automate unable to work.

(2021-08-23) Albert: My job sends pdf court docs to print and serve, power automate is great but. the programe cant distinguish between new links and old links so its not helpful to me as it is now. perhaps if it could distinguish the changes in a web site table like if a link has never been clicked on BLUE or not Black then I could get it to check the site for changes and then print the changes maybee it would work for me. until then its not quite ready for prime time. but it has wonderful potential. imho

(2021-05-19) Colin: Power Automate on Edge is awsesome! I've switched completely from Google's ecosystem and never going back. Everything is easier and much more productive in Microsoft's ecosystem. Just make sure you install Power Automate Desktop from https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/desktop/ BEFORE you install the extension.
(2021-05-07) Jesse: Does not work in Edge at all. Even with the recommended system settings and restart. Works in Google Chrome! How is that??
(2021-03-16) Mike: This has been very unreliable. I started with recording a basic script of going to a page and clicking a download. The desktop part wouldn't work. After updating that, it worked fine that day. Today, I made sure it still worked, and the browser plugin stopped connecting to the desktop app. I tried enabling and disabling it. I had to uninstall and reinstall the plugin just to get the basic script to keep running. That isn't stable enough, in my opinion, to use this for anything that needs you need to rely on to just work correctly.
