- I have to uninstall /reinstall on a regular basis because it won't let me log in - the login dialog bounces up and down without stopping so I can't click the login button. I have sent feedback about this defect several times. The only fix is to reinstall.

- Nachdem es am 15-16.10.2025 kurz nicht funktionierte, habe ich es aus Edge entfernt und dann wieder neu installiert und dann funktionierte der Web Clipper wie gewohnt.

- Werkt heel even na (steeds weer) opnieuw installeren, om het meteen daarna weer niet te doen. Compleet onbruikbaar, snap niet dat deze extensie nog steeds wordt aangeboden.

- Ein wirklich starkes Tool, um aus Webseiten lesefertige, ohne Werbung gespickte, Artikel zu gewinnen und im One Note Notizbuch zu lesen. Ich habe auf diese Weise meine Wissensdatenbank schon beachtlich wachsen lassen. Hatte vorgestern ein Problem mit dem Clipper, hat immer wieder geladen. Lösung, Erweiterung entfernt und neu geladen. Dann war's wieder ok. Auch Rezepte lassen sich mit dem Clipper wunderbar herausclippen. Videos hab ich auch schon geclippt, nutze diese dann aber doch nicht so stark.

- I must say that the OneNote Web Clipper is improving. Previously, I had rated it as one star because more than half the time, clips failed. The Evernote Web clipper worked much better and faster than the OneNote Clipper. I don't know that it now works as well as the Evernote clipper, but I will continue to use OneNote clipper and will update this review if it continues to work for most articles. Previously, I was having to resort to using the Evernote clipper and then copy and paste from Evernote to OneNote because the OneNote clipper failed to work.

- Good, classic extension that needs some TLC. There are times when it malfunctions and will show a glitching interface. I occasionally have to reinstall it. Microsoft needs to pay attention to this and the onenote ecosystem.

- Microsoft scheint den Webclipper auslaufen zu lassen. Wie anders ist es zu erklären, dass der Dreck seit Anfang des Jahres nicht mehr funktioniert und Microsoft sich einen Sch... darum schert? Damit ist OneNote für mich unbrauchbar geworden. Danke, Microsoft!

- You can't login currently (31st July 2023). When it works it's okay. Update 2025: I'm fed up of trying to work with this extension. It is slow, it glitches, it does not clip properly, and trying to use it just now it was totally broken until reinstalled - and then it failed to clip the page I needed clipping anyway.

- Update: It is now working as it should and doing a great job. It fails to upload my notebooks and stopped clipping anything. It gives me error and try again or just to go back. This is disappointing that Microsoft has allowed this to happen. I have logged out and back in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Deleted cache. Worked great until about a few days ago. So sad that they unable to keep this working.

- Seems that they are requiring users to move to a new version of OneNote and this has broken the extension. Shouldn't be too difficult to update the extension to work with whatever new security they are using so hope they get right on it.

- Great . . . when it works. Constantly stops working and just hangs when I try to clip something. Requires a full uninstall, reinstall, and sign in to get working again. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a quick web clipper extension. Come on Microsoft, this is a core feature for One Note.

- OneNote Web Clipper used to be 5-stars valuable, but now it's 1 star. Something has happened in the lats few weeks where the mini window that opens when you 'clip' flickers and expands for sign-in and then shrinks back down. It gets stuck in this glitchy loop and the only way to fix it is to remove the extension then reinstall it. I'm sick and tired of doing this almost every day, but nothing comes close to Clipper in terms of functionality and convenience.

- Stopped working. For years I used it several times a day, but it no longer works. I removed it and added it again and made sure I was signed in, and I restarted Edge, but still nothing happens when I click it.

- I've reinstalled it twice now without success. It just dances all by itself. Unable to catch it to click anything It's grown into something very useful. I use web clipper frequently and it's now proving to be very stable. The only concern is that Microsoft will update another of their products and break web clipper. My Previous 1 star Review: So, I had to reset edge after some malware infection. Added back onenote webclipper. When i couldn't find my clipped notes i did some investigation only to find that instead of using my onenote structure and the default i'd set it created a totally new onenote. Come guys you can do better than this!

- My OneNote web clipper wasn't working so I deleted it and reinstalled it. now when I click on the Clip to OneNote extension it sends me to the Edge Add-ons page and doesn't open the web clipper.
