In their most recent update, they decided to enable this overlay on all pages by default without me making any changes. Took some time to figure out how to disable it, in fact it was easier to just delete the extension. Don't force features on users especially one that's going to affect all browsing experience. This extension isn't applicable in most regular browsing scenarios.
