• (2022-12-15) Julian: *Maybe* has potential, but interface is horrible - first wouldn't pair, couple hours blown. Next day got it to pair, but no passwords showing, even the ones that I told it to save. Import is FAR FAR from easy, AMOF it just won't work. That was part of the sales pitch "Easily import" blah blah. I'm gonna give it a few more days and if the sun doesn't shine on it, return it as useless
• (2022-11-09) David: I bought two keys when they first started. I have both a Mac and a Microsoft Surface. It worked fine on the Mac, not so on the Surface. I tried a number of things on the Surface without success. I contacted tech support at Everykey and theyset me up with diagnostic software and worked on creating a fix. They accomplished this in short order, working through tech support. They were very motivated to get it right. It now works wonderfully with all features working. My experience, even with this one issue, has been excellent and I am impressed with their willingness to respond to customer needs. I am very eager to see how this works when they have all features implemented (unlock IOS, set receiver range, etc.). An excellent product as is will be even more useful.
• (2021-10-30) Scott: This was given to me as a gift, early Christmas from my wife. So, I have been using RoboForm for almost 10 years, so I had my doubts about this product. I have been using it for about over a week, I have to say I LOVE IT so far. I am a retired Engineering Aerospace Manager (~40 years) and in my earlier days help develop some IBM clones. I have connected it with two PCs (desktop and laptop) and iPhone with no problem. The software handles multiple users with ease - since I have my wife and my own usernames/passwords for Amazon, banking, etc. I would not change a thing on the way it handles multiple users. I have one suggestion is to add the capabilities for folders (banking, credit cards, shopping, etc.)to store the websites, along with keeping your alphabetical ordering – so two options for viewing/selecting. LOVE THIS PRODUCT.
• (2021-08-06) Greg: I have found this to be great. Takes a little patience to allow the app to learn the passwords, but once that is done, not bad at all. Love this and cannot wait to see how it progresses.
• (2021-06-03) Richard: I am giving it a 4 as i love the idea however it has been very frustrating so far. I am going to give it a chance. Bitwarden keeps not working for me and norton is driving me crazy with their password app. I am on my first two weeks so I hope the support is better then i am reading. purchased at touch of modern site for 50$ came with year subscription then 5$ per month. OK with me if it works.....
• (2021-05-27) Scotty: Terrible. When it is working, it's great. But then it disconnects and won't reconnect. Update app and then it won't "launch." Just trying to figure out the best way to rid myself of a device that holds 120+ passwords and regularly locks me out of my accounts.

• (2021-05-18) Greg: Absolute ****. No support. No refund. Everykey should be renamed NoKey. It is not worth your money. Stick with the industry standards like Roboform, LastPass or heck, just write down your passwords (even that is better than this)
• (2021-04-07) Daniel: it works great across multiple platforms (I use it in my Win PC, Android tablet, Android phone), fast and easy. And when I had a technical issue with the device they sent a replacement pretty fast and followed up until my issue was completely solved. I will definitely continue using it!
