In Gmail, it is called 'Resize text in Gmail' But in the Chrome Extensions list, it is called 'Email Zoom Text Reader by Cloud HQ' . Once you know that, removal is easy.

Click on the app icon and be able to adjust the zoom by rotating the mouse wheel without having to drag the slider. - Possibility to return to the default 100% automatically or by clicking a button. For example on the slider click on the center button (wheel) of the mouse or on the scale indicated or have a line/mark for the 100% - memorize the zoom where it has been used and not pass it to other emails or inbox. Otherwise... superb.
