- The privacy concerns with this company are crazy. I'm flabbergasted that people will give this company a level of access to their account that I have yet to see any other company request. To use their email tracker they require every single one of these permissions to be agreed to: - Read, compose, send, and permanently delete ALL your email from Gmail. - See, edit, create, and delete ALL of your Google Drive files. - See, edit, download, and permanently delete your contacts. - See, edit, share, and permanently delete ALL the calendars you can access using Google Calendar. Most software will only ask for what they need. They require everything possible from your Google Account they can get. They not only ask for access to only the Drive files and folders you create through the app, but ALL your Drive files (I have many sensitive personal documents in mine). They don't say anywhere that they won't read your emails or put your emails on their servers. They take all of your contacts data as well. Hard pass.

- This is just perfect for me. I can keep track of when my email was viewed, from where it was viewed and when it was viewed. There is a small issue, I think it shows wrongly about how many places and how many times it was viewed and depending on the other parties firewall, it might now work properly in matters of whether it was viewed or not. But that doesn't matter to me really as they've done a wonderful job for me.

- Shocked by the permissions it wants granted, there's no need for it to be able to delete my contacts, or google drive files, I find this concerning; Streak wants to access your Google Account This will allow Streak to: Read, compose, send, and permanently delete all your email from Gmail See, edit, create, and delete all of your Google Drive files See, edit, download, and permanently delete your contacts See, edit, share, and permanently delete all the calendars you can access using Google Calendar Not willing to give these permissions

- I tried many other email tracking extensions. Nothing works even close to Streak email tracking & links click tracking. It keeps doing it's job silently with its EYE ICON, doesn't bother me with unnecessary emails, popouts etc... I would continue using it as long as I can. Keep up the good work streak.

- I work as a retired business owner who is now a volunteer for SCORE, an organization that helps small business owners with free mentoring. Handling more than 60 clients while also working to manage five chapters as District Director, maintain a happy household, and still work in Rotary became impossible. Streak helps mndleae clarify importance, maintain control, handle my tasks, and work happily in the Google Workplace environment. There are other CRM/ProjectManagement/Inbox control programs but honestly none could work as hard as the Streak customer service teams. I'm truly grateful for their care, help, and consideration. I'm on the $59 a month plan, which is a bit steep for a retired 75 yr old, but is cheaperthan paying for a mental health specialist for work/life balance issues!
