Using it is a snap:
1) Start up your favorite movie or TV show on Youtube, Disney Plus, or another streaming service and press Play.

- (2023-11-04) Mario Ciciotti: Non funziona: anzitutto l'interfaccia è corrotta, si apre solo un pezzettino d'interfaccia e non si legge nemmeno cosa c'è scritto nel tasto, poi comunque abilitandolo si intuisce dalle poche sillabe che si riescono a visualizzare che non riesce a trovare il video.

I've been watching a lets play series on youtube and the streamer had his mic volume so high but the game volume so low so I'd have to turn the volume up so high to hear the game but then every time he spoke it sounded insanely loud. This app brought the streamers voice and the game volume in the video all to the same level with a simple click and I no longer have to constantly play with the volume anymore. I've tried another compressor but I don't understand how the settings work (attack, ratio, boost, etc.) and no matter what I did I couldn't get it to work right. This just works with a simple click. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I literally just downloaded and started using the extension so I don't know if it will hold up as far as other videos or remember to stay on etc. but if alls well in a few days I'm definitely coming back to change my rating to 5 stars. Thanks so much to the developer and I really hope you continue to develop/ optimize the app and make it even better. Maybe some simple customization features that people who are unknowledgeable about audio compressors can understand or something. Either way it's perfect for my current use case and does exactly what it says.

- (2023-03-03) Don't Drain the Fat: Since Audio Channel is gone I needed to find an alternative. I tried several but none of them worked. This one not only works, the sound quality is better than Audio Channel and no confusing adjustments. Voices on Youtube always have a strange "peaky" sound, and this smooths them out.

- (2022-09-25) artur artur: unfortunately it doesnt work. I reloaded the page about 20 times , and pressed "PLAY", but every time the app says "we couldn't find your video. Please make sure it is playing or refresh the page and try again." UPD : my Chrome crashed after I clicked on this ext.

- (2021-12-29) Kemosabe: Was looking for a simple YouTube audio compressor that had the ease and efficiency of FFZ's toggle on Twitch. This works very well and is easy to use immediately. The only issue is that there's no disable button after you compress a page, you're just given the same option to re-apply compression the next time you click the extension.

Recently I now I get only the left third of the compressor pop-up to show. Luckily there are still a few pixels of the activate button so it's not entirely unusable, but something must have changed recently in Chrome for this to have suddenly started to happen. I've been using this without issue (although I wish I could have it automatically turn on when browsing certain websites) for at least a year now. - (2022-10-11, v:0.0.0.2) Gil T: Apply compressor
