Hello! I am trying to check the accessibility of a Google Doc and it starts off with "Grackle Accessibility-No results retrieved." My two options are re-check and download. When I click download, I get a 404 error. When I click re-check, it just says "awaiting results" and sits there on that. When I go to another window and return, the check has stopped as if I never started it. Am I doing something wrong? - (2018-05-07, v:1.6) Jennifer Dowling: It's stuck checking a presentation
I've 7 slides, each with one image and a title (alt text included) and Grackle has been stuck checking it for 15 minutes. Otherwise, I really like the ease of Grackle.
