Bryon 2025-09-18: I used primelister for almost 2 years. I am not joking when I say I have over 100 emails sent to them letting them know of error after error. They constantly make terrible updates that change the functionality of the extension. I am writing this review to warn people of a serious error that they are unable to fix. If you use the RELISTING feature it will not work properly. It will upload pictures from one listing and put them on another listing by mistake. I sent them over 30 examples with links of this happening. After spending over a month going back and forth with them trying to fix the bug they message me telling me it was fixed. I tried to use it again and it jumbled the photos again. This same back and forth of them telling me it was fixed and me trying again to use it happened multiple times. EVERY TIME IT HAS FAILED TO WORK! After a month of this I told them to just cancel my account. The service DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY! And the icing on the cake..... THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME! THE SERVICE DOES NOT WORK! THIS WAS PROVEN TO THEM OVER AND OVER! THEY WERE UNABLE TO FIX THE BUG ON THEIR END. AND THEN WHEN I ASKED TO BE REFUNDED THEY SIMPLY IGNORED MY EMAIL! SO BE WARNED - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT WILL JUMBLE UP ALL OF YOUR LISTINGS CREATING A TON OF EXTRA WORK HAVING TO GO BACK AND CHECK ALL OF YOUR LISTINGS AND CORRECT THE PHOTOS THAT THEY JUMBLED UP. NOT TO MENTION THAT YOU RISK GETTING WARNINGS ON ANY ACCOUNT YOU USE THEIR SERVICE ON FOR THE WRONG PHOTOS SHOWING UP ON A LISTING THAT DOESNT MATCH THE TITLE. For example. I will list a necklace for sale. I will use their relisting service. When it relists the necklace it will appear with photos from another listing like a pair of earrings or a necklace. They do not stand by their service. Its one thing if you just apologize and say we are unable to solve your issue and because of this we will refund you for the inconvenience. But instead they will just ignore you. DO NOT PUT YOUR ACCOUNT AT RISK OF GETTING BANNED BY USING THIS EXTENSION!
Temp Email 2025-06-29: Currently the service listed below is extremely subpar. I mean your pretty much paying for 2 buttons -- Relist, and Duplicate, everything else can be used within Mercari. I'm not really impressed, now if they bring back Scheduled listings they go from 2 stars to 5 stars because that actually takes some coding and is more impressive. Crosspost Subscription Plan Name Auto Relister Annual Plan -- Price: 250 This extension needs some major reworking, it's just far to basic for this day and time were in.

Julie Sala 2024-07-02: The cross-listing tool was way too complicated and took too much time to figure out to make it worth it. I gave up before the trial period ended. After trying every other program available I found them all to be so flawed that its almost not worth trying. I do plan to try their cross-listing tool again because I have been so pleased with the automation tool. I set it up about four months ago and my poshmark sales have quadrupled. Once I set it up. I've had no issues and go back into it so rarely that i have to look on my bank statements to remember which service I'm using. Thats the best set up possible. It's doing its hard work around the clocking and the results are amazing. It frees up my time to grow my business and there's a lot of peace knowing all that ridiculous but necessary busy work is being taken care. A great peace of mind.

I screen recorded the issue to the company but I didn't hear a response. It is actually devastating because my listing had so many likes and comments now I am slowly building my engagement up again. I am hesitant to give them a second chance.
