Description from store This WebExtension allows you to automatically download all the files via Motrix Download Manager instead of your browser's native download manager. Please read the documentation before using the extension: https://github.com/gautamkrishnar/motrix-webextension#how-to-use Motrix needs to be running in the background for this extension to work. This extension cannot launch Motrix automatically if it is not already running, due to API limitations. You can download the motrix download manager from here: https://motrix.app/ Feel free to report issues at: https://github.com/gautamkrishnar/motrix-webextension/issues Make sure that you are not filing a duplicate issue. This is an opensource project. Your contributions can make a difference.

(2022-07-04) Todd: I'm using chrome. If I didn't launch Motrix while activated this extension, clicking any download link wouldn't work. After stopping running this extension, the download works well.
(2022-06-18) Mukti Subagja: I see a lot of people write a review saying that it does not work, but you need to set an RPC key first. On the motrix app press the settings icon (the one above the ? symbol) then go to advance and click the dice looking thing. DON'T close it or switch tab and CLICK save & apply. Then open the motrix web extension in your web browser and click the gear icon, it will open up a new tab. Copy the RPC key from the app into the web extension and then press set key. And then you're done! if you do the steps correctly your download should be re-routed to the motrix app. I do feel that these steps is a bit complicated and isn't really user friendly to the average joe, so some improvement might include an actual tutorial on how to set it up. Or just make the process more streamlined in general. Overall the app is great, it improve my download speed in some sites from 250 KB/s to 3MB/s.
