This extension lets you search for videos in youtube playlists

Lets you search inside a public or hidden YouTube playlist.
To use, click the icon when on a YouTube playlist URL. It will load all the videos in the playlist and show a search bar. Once loaded, you can click on an item in the list to instantly jump to it.
1. It's not possible to search for private videos.
2. Not possible to search in private playlists.
3. Not possible to search in "watch later" lists.
4. Not possible to search in "history" lists.

- Working great for me Nov 2025. I usually keep my playlists private. But when I want to search with this app, I just flip the list to unlisted, search and find what I'm looking for. Then flip it back to private later.

- Ignore the poor ratings, they're just from whenever Youtube updates bungled the functions, which were obviously fixed at the time of this review. Just a simple program that DOES WHAT IT'S SUPPOSED TO, which is much more than you can say about many other "programs". Responsive and fast, clean design, every button does what you'd expect it to. No ads.

- Other reviews mention that this extension does not work. However, this extension works well. I have two suggestions for the developer. Allow us to keep the search menu open every time we click on a video. And have a search button in a playlist so we do not have to click on the extension.

- I really like the idea of this extension. Thank you. When I went into a YouTube playlist and clicked the extension, it worked wonderfully. However, when I go to another playlist and click the extension, nothing shows up. I even tried refreshing the page and tried a hard refresh (CTRL+F5), but it still doesn't work.

- With the login issue fixed, now it works frikkin beautifully. For example, my 1,500 video rocknroll playlist, after the couple seconds for the playlist search to load, it works like a charm. YouTube is lagging like a MF right now, but I don't think it's this extensions' fault.

- Installed ok, but when I typed something, it did nothing. I even opened my playlist, and...nothing, even using a unique word from the third video in the list.

- Works as described. Instead of making my playlist public I just make it unlisted and the extension seems to work fine. And for my watch later list I just moved them all to another unlisted playlist I created and again works fine. Thanks for the extension.

- Its broken, requires login and fails. If you update it to not require login, I BETTER be able to search private videos while signed into chrome.

- I got this off the Chrome Web Store, yet Chrome seems to hate it. Gives error message about security issues and says it's blocking it with no way to even override (which is probably an unsafe practice anyway).

- Seems to work ok, wanted to use this to search in my watch later list, but it doesn't seem to want to do that. if I move everything to a new playlist it seems to work fine there though.

- Works immediately and as intended. I tried several playlist search extensions, and this is the only one that worked practically without any trouble. My only possible concern would be in the extension's reputation because, although the privacy practices are positive, I worry due to the lack of users and ratings as well as its permissions requiring to read my browsing history.
