That’s why we created Goodbye Metrics. It's a Chrome extension that hides key metrics on YouTube, because we think *you* should be the one who decides what content you're going to make.
Not that guy Frank who leaves a mean comment on every video.
Not the mysterious YouTube algorithm.
And not popular creators in your niche.
With this extension installed, you can toggle your stats on and off. Block everything, or just get rid of the ones that nag at you the most. The choice is yours.
SO WHAT CAN I HIDE?
🤳 Your creator stats
Tweak your channel dashboard so it only shows the metrics you want (or none at all). The extension has individual on-off switches for Channel Analytics, Latest Comments, Latest Video Performance, and Published Videos.
📹 Everyone else's stats
Tired of comparing your channel to everyone else's? Or maybe you just want to consume content without pre-judging it based on the number of views it already has? Experiment with switching off thumbnail view counts, subscriber counts, ratings, comments, and individual view counts (or zap ‘em all in one go).

- (2023-12-19) Pablo Reraz: You still see the views when you open a playlist. They should add to hide how many videos you have uploaded on your homepage channel. And they should change that logo. It hides the channel's name when you hide the views count.

The only feedback I'd have is to add the ability to turn off metrics on community posts listed in the dashboard and to block the number of subscribers of people who've recently subscribed to my channel.
- (2021-12-23) Ariane Pratti - mktpratti com br: I logged in on other users ( different gmails) and I can still view my views count, like many people here :(. I clicked to uncheck some options, clicked on the extention icon while I was on my channel, but nothing happened.

I am a streamer on YouTube with around 500 coviewers, as a streamer with this amount of views the views can fluctuate quite easily according to what you do, and it's so easy to change your behavior according to that number you see and the analytics. I noticed that all of the live statistics are still visible, and I was wondering if it is possible to get rid of them as well? Thank you so much for this. Ari.
