SMART Tool helps admins/supervisors to monitor the users working from home. User logins into the portal and their activities are captured . Admin or supervisors can monitor the users via dashboard which displays the data of active, inactive and logged out users in real-time. Admin/supervisors also have access to the productivity reports of the users and are able to extract reports as per the business requirements for further evaluations.
