I appreciate the value of the credits system for obtaining phone numbers but find its utility limited due to restrictions on C-level roles and specific verticals. Integration with CRM streamlines contact management, though setup is initially challenging, particularly in phone number restrictions and email registration issues. What do you like best? I appreciate Mr. E by EasyLeadz primarily for its ability to significantly reduce my sales cycle time by providing direct access to phone numbers. This feature is incredibly beneficial as it minimizes the time spent on briefings, testing, and email exchanges. Furthermore, I value the bundle offering, which balances the use of credits for acquiring phone numbers effectively, making it a cost-efficient solution. Another highlight is the mobile application, which, as part of the integrated platform, allows seamless access to contacts, particularly those of high-level directors, bypassing the usual gatekeepers. This capability is crucial for efficiently connecting with key industry players, thus optimizing our operations. The platform's integration with CRM tools further enhances its utility, enabling a streamlined workflow for my team and me. What do you dislike? I find the restriction to only C-level roles and a limited set of verticals to be problematic as it impacts the versatility and the identification of the domain of the tool. This restriction limits our ability to explore or reach other potential areas. Additionally, I experienced challenges during the initial setup, especially concerning the restriction on phone numbers. It was difficult because the system didn't allow proceeding when trying to register with my business email ID, which delayed gaining early access to the application.

- Unique Contacts and Direct Access, Needs Improved Setup I use Mr. E by EasyLeadz to quickly access decision-makers' contact information, bypassing the need for cold emails or LinkedIn messages. The availability of unique contacts is valuable. I recommend improving the free credit system to at least 50-100 credits for better utility assessment, and the setup process should be refined as I experienced initial login issues. What I liked? I use Mr. E by EasyLeadz to find contacts of my potential prospects, which significantly cuts down the long process of reaching decision-makers by providing their phone numbers directly. I find it very valuable that a few contacts which were not available on other platforms were available through Mr. E by EasyLeadz. This availability allows me to bypass the lengthy process of writing cold emails or LinkedIn InMails and waiting for a response. Instead, I can directly call and talk to the person if the contact is available, thereby saving my time and effort. What I dislike? The free credits provided by Mr. E by EasyLeadz are insufficient, making it challenging to effectively evaluate the platform's reliability and value. With only 5 free credits, it's hard to build confidence in the tool, suggesting a need for at least 50-100 credits for a proper assessment. Additionally, the initial setup experience was problematic, taking 3-4 days to resolve login issues. Communication with support was delayed, as it took 24-48 hours for email responses, and the issue was only resolved after escalation through a salesperson contacted via WhatsApp.
