Prevent eye strain using a simple reminder, every new tab
If you find yourself gazing at screens all day and having eye strain and unpleasant symptoms, you may want to use the 20-20-20 rule. Basically, every 20 minutes spent using a screen, you should try to look away at something that is 20 feet away from you for a total of 20 seconds.
When use the this addon, every time you use the browser, a 20 minute timer will be being activated. Then, after 20 minutes, the next time you open a new tab, you'll get a reminder to take a little break. no annoying sounds or popups!
