Many times you navigate to a webpage that has a cookie disclaimer which either forces you to accept the cookies or asks you to customize the settings which is a cumbersome process. This is meant to discourage you from declining the use of cookies on a website and forces you to hit accept. Websites like these present the illusion of choice to con you to think that you are in control. You are not.
This extension will hide those popups and allow you to focus on the content of the webpage. After all who likes disturbing popups anyways?
v0.2 now blocks all cookie popups generated by any of the 176 sites under stackexchange.com.
