- (2021-10-28) Rafal Swietek: Easy to use, simple form builder. I configured it to gather emails to a waiting list for my app. All emails are nicely stored on my Google Spreadsheet. I managed to fully customize it to be an integrated part of my website, but if you don't have time you can just generate a link to your form or just embed it in your website without custom styling.
