I also like the little videos for exercises in between meetings: they are short and don't require anything else than your own let go for half a minute to a minute. The eye and neck exercises I would especially recommend because I would not have thought about doing some before seeing those videos and now I do them frequently and wish I had discovered them years ago. All of these techniques may look simple and obvious once you start practicing them. But actually there is a lot of research and studies that backed up the product as it stands today. And that's why it feels so good!
