A new-tab page with temperature and weather forecasts. Temperate replaces your new tab page with a solid color or image background and the current temperature. Hovering over the current temperature shows the temperature and rain forecast for the coming hours. Images and colors are completely customizable using the options page.

However, I would like it if we had the option to make the temperature sign slightly transparent (so we could see the picture behind it). The creator of this is awesome!! - (2021-11-15) Andrew Tamayo: The extension looks great! There are definitely small aesthetic things to change and it could be easier to edit light mode vs dark mode color schemes. I'm looking forward to seeing how things improve though.
- (2021-11-13) Vivian Ouzounis: I love using this extension - I like looking at future weather temps and I get compliments from people when I open up a new tab (they think it looks really cool). I think adding a google calendar box or something like that would be helpful - or a to-do list. Maybe also an icon/logo on the actual 'new tab' box at the top of the browser. All in all I love the extension.
