(2023-06-25) Erudite Birdy: To set a section to loop you have to go to the point you want to start, then click to set. Same for the end point. This would be perfect if you were able to enter the time manually, rather than having to try to click the video at exactly the right points. Even if you stop the video, getting the beginning and end times correct is challenging.

The extension is simple and do the job. Imagine that you are in front of your PC, learning to play your guitar (or whatever musical instrument requires you to have both hands involved in playing) and you are watching your preferred YouTube musical teacher. Probably you will frequently move your hands from the instrument to the keyboard just for setting the new loop portion. If you have an external usb foot controller that could be interpreted by the pc as an additional keyboard, you can configure the switches ad if they are the right key for setting the A-B loop portion, start the loop or cancel (end) it. So you can use a 30 dollars switch instead of a 250 dollars one. Impressive, right ? So far, thank you for this tool.
