Some things that would put it over the top for me: an interactive walkthrough showing me how to use it would be super helpful to get started. It's a little annoying that it runs inside other web pages since that means it won't run until those pages are loaded — I can't open TurboNav while a page is loading. Great job on this extension! I feel like a master of my tabs now :)
