• (2023-10-13) Zullfix: The custom theatre mode for Youtube live streams is great, but the floating channel button is really annoying and cannot be disabled, the "channel is live!" popup that autoplays when watching videos is both annoying and shadily pumps viewer counts, and now they added a really invasive sidebar on Youtube that requires making an account to disable.

• (2023-09-26) Mario Konja: It's been a solid stream viewing enhancement app, but the new sidebar is pretty invasive and distracting. Especially with multi monitor setups, i wish there was a way to turn this off completely. There are some options to make it a button that pops out instead of a whole sidebar, but this still is pretty invasive. It's actually making me consider uninstalling it.

• (2023-07-27) Fin Ality: Love the features on the extension but the unnecessary permissions expansion and performance issues are too much to deal with. Lately this extension has an extremely noticible impact on my web browser's page loading times in a way no other extensions do. My PC is very high end with a latest gen ryzen and this extension still adds a full 1-2 second to pages loading on twitch and youtube. This happens on pages where the extension shouldn't be doing anything resource intensive.

• (2023-05-11) Travis Souza: This was a great extension for YouTube streams at first, but the recent overreach of permissions and meddling with things like the new tab screen and adding random YT people to your Twitch live following list are completely unneeded and intrusive. There is no reason I would ever want this to be doing anything outside of a YouTube live stream; please put these awful features in a separate extension or allow us a 'lite' model or something.

I only ever needed this extension to be active when I'm watching a stream of someone who already has Truffle, I don't care about all the other recent features, it just breaks my browsers. Is there a Truffle Lite?

I cannot have this extension active if I want it to work so this one has been deactivated because it doesn't add enough to be worth getting rid of my cats
• (2023-04-19) stado midora: DONT TRUST IT JUST BECAUSE ITS CREATOR BACKED!! I had it installed for months and it only needed access to YouTube and twitch but all of a sudden it stopped working unless i gave it permission to access all sites. All sites means every website you visit, including something sensitive like your banking website. now that's creepy.
• (2023-03-30) Johnlongears: Very good extension, though the thing where it shows an embed of the stream next to the youtube video is quite annoying, and also I would like to be able to hover over an emote in chat and see the name of it
• (2023-03-23) Hobox: Fishy escalation of access permissions. There's no reason for it need all sites. I no longer trust this extension and recommend nobody agree to these new permissions. It's likely to harvest your browsing and website data to sell to advertisers. In terms of features, they were nice when they were new, but it seems like there's zero development progress. No new features or improvements to existing features since I've first downloaded this extension. Basically zero customization for the few features it does have. Clearly was a low-effort attempt at capitalizing on a dead market.

• (2023-02-28) Lostsprite: Descent extension however, perms to read and change all data on all sites? No way that should be required. Also I don't like that I don't watch Ludwig or follow him on Youtube or Twitch yet he shows up on my followers list on Twitch? Like no one should not show up there at all unless I am following them. I get why I would see it if followed but I'm not. You should be able to add and remove things in the extension through a menu, like the twitch prime stuff that's just an eye sore on YouTube.

• (2023-02-20) Nina Jac: Was fine, but now it's majorly bugging out YouTube after the update. Lots of empty white space where normal youtube UI should be and I'm unable to fullscreen a video without a large portion being covered up. Makes it unusable. Disabling the extension fixed the problem.

The features and updates have come through perfectly, I'm curious if it will be able to be updated to make all of my YT Livestream chats as legible and fun as Lud's.

Don't get me wrong, the actual purpose of the mogul.tv extension is cool and helpful when watching live streams and even reading chat while streaming by slowing down chat occasionally. buuuuuut the fact that on actual videos it would randomly pause them at the 2 minute mark was quite triggering to me. So 2 stars for now...
