And by that I mean on its functionality, customer support is horrible (if you're lucky to get a respind) and what shocked me the most is the blackmail that I ve received from their customer support telling me that my extension is not working, yes, but it could work if i send a screenshot of a 5 star review. Wtf??? Do not trust them, their employees are fictive as well. I will forward this email to whoever wants to see it, if you don't believe me. I tried to leave a screenshot here, but it's not possible.

  Hello, first off, I want to say your google chrome extension is amazing and has helped automate a very tedious act within my sales career. However, there is a new issue you many not be aware of thus far, and that is a pop up appears when trying to connect to new people that asks how you know that person. From what I've seen this google extension has no way of bypassing or answering that pop up, but you could program it to say "Other." and then it can proceed with sending the message when trying to connect. I'm not sure if you use Selenium for this google extension, but I know a little bit about it along with some python knowledge, so if you need any help let me know (not gonna lie, I'm still a newbie, but most things wouldn't be hard if we had already known how to do it, right?).

I am trying to create a second one to follow up the first, but I after I click on the "start collecting people", the box stays blank.
