Social Video Downloader is easy and intuitive to use. Just open a video page on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, and you'll see the "Download" button on the top-right corner of the page.
The download button is now always visible and offers two options when clicked:
1. Fetch Video Info: Sends a request to our server to fetch the video information for the current page.
2. View Requests: Displays a list of all your past video requests.
Once you've selected a video, it will show the available formats. Just choose the desired format, and the download will begin.
Promoting Extensions: This extension fetches and displays a list of our other available extensions directly in its popup for your convenience.
If you encounter any issues downloading media, please leave a comment or send an email to "[email protected]" with the video details.

Note: We do not support downloading videos from YouTube.

- 3 stars for now it actually works quite well, but it doesn't work on the one site I really want it for which is Bluesky the better alternative to X. If this eventually supports Bluesky then 5 stars for sure!

- DL'ed it- Tried to hit the download button for a FB video, but it was grayed out & a message told me to use the DL button from the website. Went to the website (which I assume is right here) - No DL button. Guess this is dead on arrival.

- added this to download my own video from my own facebook group and updated the browser and restarted but the plugin still says invalid url. it's already annoying that it tells me to add valid link while it's not supposed to work based on adding link but automatically grabbing it. so it not only does not work but it also confuses user a lot.

- The Facebook plugin cannot be downloaded, but the Instagram plugin can be downloaded. It would be great if all the pictures and videos of the post content can be downloaded in a package. Please continue to support and optimize and update. Thank you.
