- (2023-01-11) CivicMindNYC HelpingPeople: Company's "Privacy Policy" page implies it can collect anything, store it as long a they have a business need, transfer it if they sell the compnay, and change their policy at any time. Specifically they collect: email address, IP address, mobile phone ID when accessing pages of the service (not defined), but it "...may include, but is not limited to" these. Basically it's privacy policy says they can collect anything ("not limited to"). In case they change it, here's a link to a snapshot of their current privacy policy on Internet Archive. "Email address..." "Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data." "The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy." [which is essentially limitless time and limitless data (see above)] Policy can be changed anytime and could be anything: "We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time." If they sell, your data is going with the sale: "For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company."
