WPsecurity allows you to scan self hosted WordPress sites.
With WPsecurity you can detect the following:

This plugins allows users to identify weaknesses and loopholes in their website and correct them. Hence, forming a part of identification of build problems within the wordpress website.
Although WPsecurity is designed for self hosted (wordpress.org) WordPress sites, some of it's functionalities still work for sites hosted on wordpress.com.
