• (2023-10-28) Zark Khah: It shows last sale 3 hrs ago for like 10 products. Then when I tracked the store it was only showing one sale. What is this? Not recommended
• (2023-10-11) Tilen: Not sure why they are promoting like it is still working. It is clearly not. I tested it on one of my stores which doesn't have check out enabled. Guess what? It shows around 5-10 sales a day. lol.

  Dear PPSPY Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am currently using your service and it has proven to be extremely beneficial for my business. However, I find that I am now in need of expanded capabilities. At present, I am able to track only 350 shops per month, which has been sufficient up until now. However, due to the growth and expansion of my operations, this limit is no longer meeting my requirements. I would be greatly interested in exploring options for an upgrade or a customized plan that would allow for tracking more shops per month. Could you please provide information on whether such an upgrade is available, and if so, the process and costs associated with it?   To PPSY Spy Team I am currently using the free extension but i am interested in getting a paid subscription. I am however querying the validity of your software as both my partner and I have 2 websites that we are in process of creating on shopify. They are however both live. When we use the live sales function, under timeline orders it states that we have sold our products under "timeline orders" and states the last sold approximate times. We however have not sold any products and this is incorrect. Can you please advise why your live sales function is showing that we have sold items when we haven't? Thank you.
