It's really interesting and useful to see who speaks up most during meetings and whose voice is not being heard. At work especially, it is a great way to make sure that the quieter people on the team don't have their opinion go unheard. This app makes it a lot easier to notice that they aren't voicing their ideas and ask them what they think!
