• (2023-10-18) Patricia Salem: The browser extension only works when I'm on a website where I can shop with Affirm. I can't open it otherwise to look at my settings or see what my available purchase limit is, like I can with Afterpay. That said, it did work seamlessly with Amazon for a recent purchase. Note: it will take a while for your account to update if you shop on Amazon, as Affirm waits until your purchases have been completed and shipped.
• (2023-10-17) Theresa Morgan: The chrome extension does not work. All I wanted was a virtual card to complete a purchase. I used to just go to Affirm.com to get one can't do it there either. Very frustrating probably will stop using Affirm if this keeps up.Don't need the added stress just to make a simple purchase.

• (2023-06-30) gabriel paloma: Well, this extension did nothing at all to "verify my address" I have gone through 10 Customer Care agents that they don't have control how to fix the "verify address" part. This agent told me that he has to send my frustrations to another entity to look into my account of why it's creating this hardship! I did not used to encounter this problem until recently in February, 2023. I would get approved for 3-6- or 12 month with out no problems before, but now it's a nightmare and hassle if I want to shop get approved. UPS, Fed-Ex, Amazon, Postal Service all deliver to my said address except for Affirm that cannot verify my address that is on file with my account. Let's hope they read this and help me out.

• (2023-05-23) Sarah Maxwell: i like affirm but it is soooo hard to use, the UX sucks and i can't get to the part about signing up for a debit card, it won't open up on my phone, I can't download the app on my laptop for some reason and the extension does nothing that I can tell, it's pretty frustrating and for the interest rate charges they could hire a tech team to fix these chronic glitches.

• (2023-02-03) Walter “Ski” Szymanski: Browser extension (on Microsoft Edge) does not allow me to log in. When I enter the 4-digit verification code, the extension just pops up the sign-in dialog box again. Does the same thing no matter how many times I try logging in. Can't find any setting or work around to fix this. Maybe someday Affirm will issue an update to their extension that will correct this issue.

• (2022-12-26) Tiffiny Harvey: I have had many loans with affirm and very satisfied with the service. I have paid in full i have ever open with this company and had been qualified not pre-qualified for $1000.00 the end of last month. I still available credit left in which I created a one time use card to use at wal-mart. I went to use the card and it was declined. I returned to my online account and the card was not there or was it showing as a card I had created. I proceeded to calling the help desk on what happened and the stated the card had been canceled which happened mid transaction just a few minutes later and was told to give it a few hours and try again. I did wait and returned to my account to redo a new card at which time i no longer had a available balance and was told I didnt have a long enough payment history to be pre-qualified for a loan with them. Called help desk again to find out what was going on and each one I spoke with stated that i hadnt do an application was why and my card was cancelled due to that I proceeded to inform themI had already been approved and had the email as well as it was showing on my account until now. The help desk just kept repeating the same response I knew that my card was cancelled and never would tell me why i no longer had the card or the balance approved for so they were no help in figuring any thing out when the loan I have with them now is paid in full I will never do business with them again.
• (2022-12-24) Zach Franklin: haven't had an issue with affirm as a company, but this browser extension for chrome does not work. whenever I try to prequalify for a credit amount, I'm met with "an unexpected error occurred" message along with "It looks like you're having trouble receiving our verification emails. If you didn't receive the email we just sent, please continue to the next step." I HAVE received the verification email and have verified my email several times. I've also clicked the "continue" button and each time, the button times out and nothing happens awful browser extension

• (2022-11-25) Chris Jenkins: Truly one of the most obnoxious payment systems I've ever used. Zip (Quadpay) was 200% smoother than this app. Seriously, an extension only for Chrome in 2022? Are your programmers 80 years old? Why is there no Firefox extension? I had to download Chrome just to write this review. I soon realized after installing the extension that, despite using my phone # to 2FA, it had no memory of my purchase history. What is the point of verifying my identity if you don't even keep track of my purchases? nah new payment options only apply towards FUTURE purchases. What the...? And you can't pay on their main site either. So they have a Chrome extension and a WWW website and both are effectively worthless until you buy something else. I set up Affirm for my prior purchase on my Android phone, but they only allowed the addition of bank accounts for processing payments (& debit cards, because why not be redundant when you're not offering actual options?). Thus, I can only pay for my previous purchase using my bank account. The original site allows you to put credit cards on file but no way to use them?? Hello someone fix your broken APP!!! LOLL

Now if they would increase my limit that would be great, been eyeing a new drone I want.

• (2022-10-06) John Russell: Well I can't really say much for the extention, as I've only used it to check on my payment dates and both times I logged in with my mobile number and they sent me the code for verification and then went to my account no problem. As for Affirm is concerned two thumbs up for them too, it's been a breeze to shop and set up the payment plan that I preferred and as they say there's no hidden costs you know what and when you're paying so no complaints here. Bravo Affirm!!

I've been trying for two weeks to get it to work, including updating Chrome and I cleared my cache and cookies. No luck. Uninstalled.
