It let users to click on phone number, and then they will be able to start sending them whatsapp messages without first saving the number.
The extension itself doesn't send any message, it's just open the window for the user to send the message.
Usually Whatsapp required users to save the number in the contact first, but it's hard to do it using desktop, so the extension help with that.
